MegaBliss Real Estate Gives Back
Here at MegaBliss Real Estate, our passion is simple: we all have the power to make a difference in our community through service. We are proud to be actively involved in the following organizations that help to alleviate homelessness in Sacramento & promote a healthy mind, body, and soul.
“At first, our mission was to provide shelter to help ease people out of homelessness. But, as our clients’ needs have changed, we too have had to grow our services to meet these changing needs. Our expanded services include providing individual success plans, self-sufficiency workshops and groups on living skills, parenting, budgeting, housing, health and mental health care, housing relocation assistance, employment readiness, and community support services. Next Move’s shelters, temporary housing, and permanent housing, bolstered by an ever-growing list of services, continues to make visible and measurable changes in people’s lives. Our current mission is to assist families with children and individuals toward self-reliance.”
“In an environment of welcome, hospitality, safety, and cleanliness we seek to provide an oasis for homeless men, women, and children seeking survival services.”
“Without passing judgment, and in a spirit of love and hospitality, Loaves & Fishes feeds the hungry and shelters the homeless. We provide an oasis of welcome, safety, and cleanliness for homeless men, women, and children seeking survival services. Founded in 1983, we are governed by a board of directors selected from Loaves & Fishes and from the community-at-large – people who have demonstrated compassion and concern about the needs of the homeless and the indigent poor. We recognize the dignity and spiritual destiny of each person, and hope by our attitude of hospitality and love, to nourish not only the physical needs of those who come to Loaves & Fishes, but also their spiritual need for love, acceptance, respect, and friendship.
We serve each person with the belief that “as often as you did it for one of my least brothers and sisters, you did it for me.” (Matthew 25:40)”
Voices Of The Homeless
MegaBliss Real Estate is proud to partner with Land Home Sacramento each quarter for the Voices Of The Homeless event. Each quarter we gather with other local community volunteers to team up with Loaves & Fishes to give local homeless persons a makeover. The transformations are incredible and it truly is an amazing experience!

At MegaBliss Real Estate we not only find homes for people, but we also find homes for animals too!
“The Front Street Animal Shelter does far more than caring for lost and abandoned animals in our community. We provide a variety of services that protect both citizens and animals, including:
- Transporting sick or injured stray animals that were picked up by the animal control officers to the emergency vet
- Rescuing animals locked inside hot vehicles and from abusive, cruel, or negligent conditions
- Impounding stray dogs, whether they are friendly or aggressive, that roam freely on the street, on public property, or at a citizen’s residence
- Administering a rabies control program
- Helping citizens resolve nuisance problems, such as dogs barking excessively and dogs defecating or urinating on other people’s property
- Investigating dog and cat bite complaints
- Assisting other agencies such as the County of Sacramento Animal Care and Regulation, the Sacramento SPCA, the police department, the fire department, and the California Highway Patrol
- Educating pet owners on the importance of spaying or neutering their dogs and cats
More importantly, we keep lost pets safe and sound so that they can hopefully be reunited with their owner or adopted into a new family.”

How They Do It
